“Miller's Ale House is a great atmosphere for a game night with the guys or a meeting after work to let your hair down and be relieved that the work day/week is over! The menu has several fantastic options for appetizers (I suggest the Zinger Mountain Melt) and for main courses (I would go with the Philly Cheese Steak). The serving staff is awesome. A fun group of people who remember you (for the most part) if you're in there a few times…

“Just want to mention what a GREAT waitress we had on Sunday as my family & I marked the 6 month passing of my husband, who LOVED to go there. The food, as always, was delicious, and huge portions too.”

“Great fish tacos. Big glasses of Pepsi. Cheap drink specials every day. This place is great for groups because they actually note at the bottom of your bill the amount each if you split evenly by the number of people in your group. No more math for a bunch of English majors! They offer a huge bar food menu and lots of video games for the kids. Tons of TV’s keep you up to date on any sports you need.”

“I HATE chain restaurants - you'll never catch me at Olive Garden, TGI Friday's or the like, simply because there are so many more interesting places with better food to spend my foodbucks on. However, this place is NOT like other chains: interesting dishes at a good price that are always well prepared. Great for groups and this location is very accommodating.”

“I liked this place. About twenty or so of my sons and friends and I gathered here to celebrate his big promotion last night. It's a really huge sports bar with two pool tables, video games and lots of spacious seating and booths for groups and diners. We were here on a busy Saturday night and the service was consistent, friendly and fast.”

“My husband and I have been going to the Ale House for years down in Orlando and Jacksonville, FL. When we learned that they were building one here in IL we couldn't wait for it to open!
There are always great drink specials and it's a great place to watch sports. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Be sure to get some zingers or layered chicken nachos... it's enough to feed the whole table.

“Love the Ale House. My go to place when I am in the mood for oysters. It is not always easy to find them out here. The staff is always great. Large beer selection. Whatever game I want to see is on one of the million and one televisions. Ahhh.”
“I have to say that I love your restaurant and I go there all the time. You have a great team.”
“My husband and I have visited this restaurant twice and we loved our experience. The food was great and we will be going back every week. The service was great the waiter was very personable and the manager made us feel very welcome. The price was very reasonable and the quantity and quality of the food was great.”More from Citysearch
“Our office recently moved within walking distance of Miller’s, and I've made a habit of going for meatloaf on Thursdays. The portion is huge, and at $5 it’s a really good deal. I've had a few other items as well - burgers, pulled pork, etc and all were tasty.”
“We really like Miller's as a place to go hang out with a group of friends. They have a good selection of ales and spirits, as well as food offerings that are a bit more up-scale than typical bar food. Good service and good food!”

“I go every Tuesday and Thursday for Prime Rib. It is awesome, and an added bonus is that on Tuesdays, kids eat free. My wife and I like the bar on the weekends, it is great for a few drinks and to catch a game.”
